Kid 1: "Hey whats that folded piece of paper"
Kid 2: " Its my new Sony Laptop."
Kid 1: " Cool, can i try it out? "
Kid 2: " Sure, just be careful."
Kid 1 opens laptop.
Kid 1:"Wow, this works great."
Gust of wind blows the laptop out of a window and takes it forever
Kid 1 and 2: "Oh **** "

Kid 1: Look at my paper thin paper printer.
Kid 2: How does a paper thin paper printer print paper.
Kid 1: Easy you just put a piece of paper on the paper thin paper printer and it will copy what you want on the paper, so i will demonstrate.
Paper thin paper printer prints blank paper.
Kid 2: Cool, how do you know which one the paper is.
Kid 1: Easy, I could only write on the paper.
Kid 1 pulls out pencil
Kid 1: Here we go.
Kid 1 puts pencil on printer and presses hard.
Printer fries Kid 1
Kid 2: Are you okay, why are you twitching like that. And why are you covered in red stuff. Do you need help?
Kid 1 Cant Speak
Kid 2: Okay bye
Kid 1: H E double Hockey Sticks

I can answer that! Not every person has the skills or creativity to try and, say, cure cancer. A medical scientist and a technological engineer are two different types of people. It's like asking an astronaut to end world hunger. It's the same reason why a writer can't debate and solve the people's problems like a politician would. Granted, people can work together, but that's the way it works sometimes. It doesn't make any of them more or less important, it just makes them different.

Anyway, don't want to hijack the thread . . . This thing looks amazing! It's astounding how people can actually make something like that! Imagine, we used to just dream about stuff like that and see simulations of it in movies and stuff, and now it's becoming real! I just think it would be so funny if people WORE televisions. What if you're walking behind someone and you like the show that's on? Do you follow them?

TV Wearing person: Hey! Are you STALKING me?!

You: Shut up! I'm watching Desperate Housewives!

Granted, I'm probably mis-interpreting this. But you think a tech. engineer is on the same level of importance as let's say..a medical scientist trying to cure leukimia? So basically you're saying paper-thin TV is more important, or on the same importance level as curing a death sentence?

Honestly, I think it's dumb. Why would anyone want one of those? They're probably incredibly fragile, not to mention expensive and it's just kinda useless.
But then again, I'm not a fan of TVs anyway.
