Ok we are going March 20-28th.

Plans have been set isnce the 180 day mark. I am traveling with 8 other family members and then on Sunday(Easter) the 23rd-4 other family member are coming in for the day).

So yesterday the group of 4 announce-well if your brother is still off work(he is currently unemployed) we are going to come over and hang out with you for a few days. :scared1: ALL of the other dining plans are for 9(not 13)...am I even going to be able to get 13 now- should I call- I am not even sure I'll need the dining(since they might not come). What should I do!!! We are on the dining plan-they are not(ok-I guess they could pay OOP) and since I am DVC I guess I could always cancel the DDP and switch to the DDE since I am not even sure we will use the ADR's we have...and I don't know when I will find out for sure(perhaps on Easter Sunday).

I would suggest to them that they make ADRs for themselves. I would tell them that you already made your reservations for parties of 9. Perhaps they can make reservations at the same restaurants for their party. Why would you plan for a group that can not commit? My experience with non-planners or those unwilling to commit is they think that I am the one that is crazy, until they can't get into a restaurant. Recently I had somebody that had never even been to Disney disagree with me that they needed ADRs for a character meal. They went for 8 days and did not get into one character meal because they were only willing to eat at certain times as well! Better yet, they were mad about it.
