Panic Mode!! Please Help!!

Okay....here's the deal. DW ordered our tickets from Ticket mania last night. These should have been hopper tickets.....but they WEREN'T!! We've got a call into them and an e-mail out trying to to do something about it...but we're not sure what our options are. Our whole schedule is set up around having hoppers.

If we're unable to change anything with Ticket Mania, are there any other options? Can we upgrade these at the gate or anything like that?

I sure hope someone has an idea. We won't know anything until tomorrow morning - they're only open during the day. Not gonna sleep a wink.......we're dyin'.........
 
Not sure if you ordered the wrong thing or they shipped you the wrong thing.

Worse case scenario, you upgrade them at guest services. You would be credited for what you paid and have to pay the onsite cost for "purchase"
 
BTW, you can upgrade after using the pass, so if the line is long at Guest Services in the morning, go in and enjoy. Upgrade later,
 
The tickets haven't shipped yet....we're hoping we can "cut them off at the pass".......we just goofed and didn't get the hoppers.....no wonder it looked so cheap.......**sigh**.......

So, sounds like I can still upgrade these at the gate even if I can't stop the shipment of the non-hopper tickets? Right?

Hopefully you can get them to switch for you. Otherwise, you can upgrade but it will cost you. (You get credit for the ticketmania price and pay the GATE price)
 
I've used TicketMania as well and they are really great to work with! Be patient and someone will call you back tomorrow. If I'm not mistaken, I think they are actually a company out of the UK - at least the person I dealt with was in the UK.

I ordered tickets for my niece and nephew and the next day decided to add a day. I called and emailed (as you did). They called me back to confirm and I got the tickets I wanted.

Soooo... relax and check your email in the morning! I'm sure you'll hear from them!
