Pandamonium, Pixie Dust, and Paraphenalia!... What was I thinking! updated 2/1!!

I am awed by how much you got done yesterday!! :worship: You must have been going all day long without a break! :scared:

The shirts are really cute! :thumbsup2

Your itinerary looks fantastic. I think I'm most excited for the morning with coffee and giraffes (sure hope they're out there!). It's always so exciting to have the moment you've dreamed about finally come true!

Have a good week. Try to get *some* rest. We don't want you arriving at WDW completely exhausted! :upsidedow

Thanks C!! I really ache this morning!!Imglad that I'm working today...its sorta like a 'break':rotfl2: Allison saw her shirt this morning...she likes it:thumbsup2

Whatever do you mean, that's all you did...holy moly woman you were crazy busy and accomplished much I'm in awe...I barely did the dishes yesterday LOL and don't get me started on my laundry LOL!!

Glad to hear your mom was having a good day yesterday!!!! I'm still in awe 200 bulbs and you're still not done...your house is going to be GORGEOUS come spring time!!!

I have to agree with C that morning just reading a book, drinking coffee, and enjoying the giraffes sounds like a piece of heaven!!! Enjoy that...any ideas what book you are going to read???

WHOOO...so I have been wondering as Allison decided which dress she wants for BBB???? Was wondering if she had changed her mind at all????

Well don't know how busy you are this week, but enjoy the last minute preparations because you get to say THIS week I'm at Disney!

Hmmm how busy amI this week??? LOL!! you saw my to do list right??;) I'll be home a couple evenings late... I have 2 days that I work til 7pm, so Tom has to do the running:rolleyes1

I have 3 books I want to read... My Sister's Keeper, The Lost Symbol, and another one that I can't remember the name of... I have all 3 of them here. I'm leaning toward the last one, cause its a romance and will be an easy read

Hi. Your itinerary looks good. I'll be interested to see how it all turns out. :)

Hi Meeko!!

:welcome:

Thanks for checking in!Yeah...I'll be interested to see how the itinerary works out too. Its much more difficult coming up with one for a group with kids than for an all adult trip!
Paula

The shirts turned out great! I really love them, especially the one that everyone is going to have. Very nice. :thumbsup2

Your itinerary looks great. A good balance of plans and choices when you are down there.

I can't tell you how excited I am to see Allison all prettied up by BBB!

Thanks LL!! I'm excited to see her all dolled up too... she's debating between Belle's Yellow dress (since the new red one is yucky)or Princess Tiana's dress...which is very cute as well!

I'm pretty happy with the tees...I have the hang of it now:thumbsup2

She needs to dress as Tiana. Can you tell her I said so? :rotfl2:

Congratulations on making the finals of the photo contest. You take such beautiful pictures I'm sure this won't be the last time you're featured. Good luck! :)

Paula

I would highly recommend My Sister's Keeper...an amazing book...but its not a light read. I think the romance one sounds perfect!!

Okay so you'll be really really busy this week!! LOL!!! Wishing you all the luck that you will get everything done you need to!!!

Then you need to teach me I'm not t-shirt guru at all....UGH!! I'm so distalented when it comes to making those tees!!!!

I think she would look gorgeous in either, but I'm partial to the Princess Tiana one LOL!!! Didn't you say green is one of her favorite colors LOL!!

hi Paula, your plans look great! i can't believe how much you got done yesterday!!!

i've read both "My Sister's Keeper" and "The Lost Symbol". While "My Sister's Keeper" is excellent, i'd read something lighter and save that for when you have time to really get into it. "The Lost Symbol" moves fast but is quite dense (and, as usual for him, not that well-written... :rolleyes1). So whatever your third option is, gets my vote.

(As does your Remy pic! Congrats on making it to the final!)

PS, watch the film "My Sister's Keeper" before you read the book, and not the other way around. Trust me.

Didn't know you had started a TR. Will be back to read later........4 more days until you leave????? Is that right????? You are a traveling fool and a lucky girl!

Alrighty then...onto the itinerary!!

Saturday... Latish flight at 2pm out of BWI (we got a great rate!) Will arrive at MCO at 4:15. I'm hoping to get to Kidani by 6pm or so. We'll settle into the room then head to MK!! I'm hoping we will get to see Spectro and Wishes tonite...and hopefully catch either Pirates or Haunted Mansion. We will grab supper at Casey's tonite:yay:

Have you flown out of BWI before? I really like this airport. It is smallish, easy to negotitiate, recently remodeled, very clean, and the food court is convenient. I prefer it over PHL any day. Plus, flights come and go on time. That's always a plus!

Sunday... Animal Kingdom day! Touring plans recommends it as the best park for today... and I have found they are usually right on the money...so that's where we are going! Going to try to hit pretty much everything...including that elusive parade I have YET tosee:sad2:

This is my favorite parade. I hope you love it!

Monday...MK day! Dinner we have 5pm ressies for O'Hana's. I hear wonderful things about that place, but the menu just doesn't appeal to me at all:sad2: I hope it goes OK. After Dinner..we will do whatever the kids want... DTD, back to MK, go to the resort, whatever.

OMG......I hope you really like Ohana's. I have to say that the appe's are my favorite part of the meal. That and the shrimp! Honestly, the food is very good. I think you will like it. (I hope). It's a good meal for a group! Enjoy!

Tuesday... No later than 3pm, Allison and I will travel on to MK. She has an Appointment for BBB! She is getting the full deluxe makeover. Jen and the other kiddos will meet us at MK around 5pm. We will get some dinner then join in the fun at MVMCP!!

I can't wait to see her picture. She will be beautiful!

Wednesday....Sleep in day!! I am gonna relax on the balcony with my coffee and a book while watching the giraffes. That has been my dream ever since buying into AKV!! We don't needto be anywhere til 12.

That sounds wonderful. You are going to love Kidani. When you see that room in "real life" you are not going to believe how beautiful it is. Simply the most gorgeous room on property, IMHO.

Thursday.... Hollywood Studios! We have an early Dinner ADR at Hollywood and Vine with the Fantasmic Dinner Package. I have always had very good meals at H&V...even though it gets a bad rap. I would have preferred Mama Melrose, but the FantasmicDinner Pkg was the priority! After Fantasmic, we will call it a night.

I enjoyed H&V, too. I'm not quite sure why it gets a bad rap. I actually think there were a lot of really healthy choices on the buffet and I love peel and eat shrimp, especially an unlimited supply.

Well that's about it!! I'd love any tips/advice on Blizzard Beach or DQ since they are new for me!

DQ opens late - like 11 or 1130 am. Go to Cyber space mtn first. It gets the most crowded. The kids should be able to do a few back to back coasters. Then go to POC. This is great. Make sure to get your own boat.....its more fun when you don't have to share. And volunteer to be the captain. That was a BLAST! I :love::love: this ride in June....so fun!

My only advice for BB.....get ready to climb a lot of stairs. And that's not advice, just a warning.

Love your plans....Have an awesome trip. Sorry to hear about your MIL (Is that right?)

We flew out of BWI once last year... it was very easy to navigate! It's just a farther drive than PGH... so I only fly out of there with a really good rate!

I can't eat shrimp...so I'll have to take your word for it!

Allison is sooo excited...I am too because all too soon she will be 'too old' for the princessy stuff:sad1:

I already have my calgon down there...I'mgonna spend somequality timein that jacuzzi tub at Kidani!

Thanks for the BB and DQ advice... I'm not worried about the steps... I won't be climbing them;) I don't do that sorta thing... I'll be very happy to soak in some vitamin D and stand guard over our stuff:lmao:

Nan is actually Tom's grandma...on his Dad's side. Both the viewing and the funeral will be tomarrow. Thanks.

Paula

Wow... the time is sure flying!! I think I'm on track...well for a nervous breakdown anyway!

1st of all...Thanks for anyone who voted to help me get into the photog contest final this week!! I'm actually leading the final by 1 vote :goodvibes I don't expect that to last... but I'd be thrilled to make the top 3!! Voting is til 11/9... so if you're interested head on over to HERE!! and vote for your favorite (or mine;)... it's the pic of Remy..hehehe!)

OK.. what did I accomplish since yesterday...
Well, I finished the tee shirts
I finished all my packing... well except my laptop, obviously:rolleyes:
I added the addy for the park and fly hotel into Alice... while I was at it I downloaded 2 new voices...1 is a pirate and the other is Donald Duck LOL!!
I got some laundry done...
I think thats it....

Here are the last of the shirts!

And an extra one for Noelle...i found this Iron-on at Michaels whenI bought tees for only a $1... so I couldn't resist!!

And by request.... here is my new porch. Please pardon how otherwise carppy my house looks. Late fall up here, everything looks ugly! Brown grass... folliage is all gone... plus they ripped up the yard a bit while cutting down the trees!

Aww, I love the elephant shirt! Too cute, you are right, you can't resist that! :rotfl2:

Love your must do's. :thumbsup2

She needs to dress as Tiana. Can you tell her I said so? :rotfl2:

I passed the message along.... I got a big grin...princess:

Congratulations on making the finals of the photo contest. You take such beautiful pictures I'm sure this won't be the last time you're featured. Good luck! :)

Thanks!! I'm pretty excited. I have 1 in the AK prelims now on track to make finals too,if it keeps doing as well as it has so far. I really like that pic. its some type of little bird standing on 1 foot. I think its in group 4:confused3... I am planning to use that pic for my photo project for school.... that I reallllllyyyyy need to get turned in:eek:

I would highly recommend My Sister's Keeper...an amazing book...but its not a light read. I think the romance one sounds perfect!!

Okay so you'll be really really busy this week!! LOL!!! Wishing you all the luck that you will get everything done you need to!!!

I know that I want to wait on MSK... way to sad for a vacay read. I also have Road Home... it's a fictional modern day take on the Book of Ruth. It a toss up between that one and the 'unnamed romance'... it would be so much simpler if I had my new Nook!! Then I could just take them all!

I really might be suprised if she doesn't go with Tiana... she does love green... just like her mama!

Thanks Sare! I was thinking the same thing about both of those choices. I doubt I'll watch the movie. Tom is a movie buff.... we (seriously) have 1000s of movies on DVD and old VHS....there's soooo many I have never even watched. I just am not into TV:confused3

LOVE LOVE LOVE the t-shirts...great job! And I like the elephant one too.

Awwww...those t-shirts are amazing!!! Love them!!!! I really like the 1st Trip ones...very very cute!!!

Your porch looks amazing also!!! WOW...gorgeous house P!!! VERY VERY nice going to look so pretty come spring with all those flowers!!

Great Must Dos!! I know you guys are going to have a great time!!!! All of your Must dos sound great and I hope the weather cooperates for you!!!!!!

That book you mentioned about the modern day story of Ruth I'm definitely going to look into sounds like a great read!
