Yesterday, I walked on the bike path for 40 minutes and was rewarded by seeing a bald eagle. LOVE seeing them in the wild.
This morning, I went to the pool and gym. Now, I'm in front of the computer, working on the journaling for my "cupboard Love" scrapbook project.

Breakfast leftover steak, eggs, rye toast, melon
Lunch Knockwurst, mustard, 1 sl whole grain bread, 1/2 apple w pb
supper - 1/3 potato, corned beef, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots
snack - strawberries & cream
