WEIGH IN TIME LADIES!!!

Morning all :) I am still trying to collect on some back weigh-ins from 3/1 and 3/8. So if anyone who has not yet contacted me via PM, post or email please try and get it to me so i can post accurate weights tomorrow!!!

140 agan. No weight loss.

BUT.... I did reach another goal! I ran 3.1 miles (5K) w/o stopping yesterday on the treadmill!!! It took me 35 mins and 40 secs. I didn't think I could do it this soon so I am very happy. I'm excited about taking up running because it gives me another goal to work towards other than weight loss. Now, I will work on improving my time. I ran on 5.2/5.3 yesterday and will stick with that for a week and move up again. There is a 5K here on May 8 and I'm considering registering for it.

Thanks ladies :) Also, when I post please check to make sure I have the right info for each of you. I made the decision not to post gains, instead, if you gained I simply put a 0.0 in the "lost" column. Seeing the positive numbers have never helped me. If I did not get a weight from you for the previous week I would subtract from the last weight I did have. If anyone would like me to change things in any way, please let me know. Cheers ladies, we are all doing so well! :cheer2:

Stuck at 179 this week. Which actually ok. Between the steroids and everything else, I did not have a good week!
 
218.5 I think that's the same as last week, but not for sure - we all know about my memory.

Gym and pool done.

Ugh!! I have absolutely no energy and I know my treadmill is sitting behing me calling me - or should I say mocking me. The wind was TERRIBLE here today which makes my allergies terrible. I hope you don't mind, but just typing this is making me rethink my decision to walk. Ok, I will!! Thanks for the help.
 
Any loss is a good week. Lost a pound! Celebrated by laying in the sun for 1.5 hrs. It's been so cold and windy it was nice to have a warm day. 83 degrees today. So official weigh in is 188.5

Just stopping in to say hi! It has been busy here with two sick DD's and now DH too. But, I have still been exercising everyday. Keep up the good work everyone!

That is a really good chart. Some of you are starting to make a run on the 10 lbs mark!

Good work ladies!!

I only did one workout last week, but on Friday I helped my friend for six hours move from one second story house to another. It was a case of up the stairs grap 25lbs of stuff down the stairs load the car, repeat. Then do the reverse when the car got full.

I burned some calories for sure.

Yes! The winds were brutal and bone chilling. Well bone chilling for AZ anyway. Where in AZ are you? Probably Phoenix area, huh? Wow, looking at the chart I need to get serious. Sumeto is beating us up! lol

I start off real strong then it slows way down:confused3 That is the time when I start to cheat,:mickeybar because I only can loose about 1lb a week, and get discouraged. But maybe with being part of this group:grouphug: and the cruse:sail: to keep me in line, I'll do better. I think you are all doing great:cheer2:
 
Tucson Area. We don't really care for Phoenix much.

Have you guys seen the add for the Brazil Butt exercise series from Beachbody? I am wondering if it is any good. I get bored SOOOOO easily with exercising, so like to watch for new things - I should say new cheap things though. I hate buying something just to watch it collect dust - unless that is what is meant for.
 
NO Cheaty! Really, who are you cheating? YOURSELF! So you slip now and then - You're human! get right back on the healthy eating wagon.

I was stuck from October to the end of February. But I have faith, that if I continue to follow the plan, I *WILL* be healthier AND slimmer at this time next year :) It will be also for you!

Yesterday, I walked on the bike path for 40 minutes and was rewarded by seeing a bald eagle. LOVE seeing them in the wild.

This morning, I went to the pool and gym. Now, I'm in front of the computer, working on the journaling for my "cupboard Love" scrapbook project.

Yesterday, I ate

Snack 1 tsp pb

Breakfast leftover steak, eggs, rye toast, melon
Lunch Knockwurst, mustard, 1 sl whole grain bread, 1/2 apple w pb
supper - 1/3 potato, corned beef, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots
snack - strawberries & cream
 
Glad to hear it's the Tucson area. I hate Phoenix! The crime rate is awful and its too crowded!

No such thing as cheating. And, there is nothing wrong with a pound a week! It's all progress.

I dusted off the treadmill yesterday, and boy was it dusty. And I actually did half an hour plus got into the pool. Granted I dove in and went from one end to the other and out, but it was chilly and its a start! It's up to 76 in the pool so I will start doing my water aerobics quite soon. Plus I slapped on the pedometer today. So, lots going in the right direction.

We ought to have a "fake" person on the chart that loses consistently each week just to keep us going, lol...

I posted on the main board, but will ask here too. Does any one know if there is soda "bubbly" water at the drink station? Love that stuff
 
Hey ladies :) just checking in to see how everyone is doing. Weather has been getting nicer here in NH so I have been going on walks which is great! I am still struggling with eating healthy all the time but I just tell myself to keep going. Keep up the good work and have a great friday! :cheer2:

Good Morning, Ladies! Seems to be kinda quiet around here - we're not losing FOCUS, are we?

Yesterday, I ate
Snack - top of a small muffin, liverwurst & cheese
(Pool & gym)
Breakfast - Italian frittata w sausage, peppers and Fontina cheese, a few potatos (omg they were so good) and 4 bites of toast
(raked for an hour)
Lunch - turkey sandwich on whole wheat flat w lettuce, veggie sticks & ranch dressing
Snack - almonds
Supper - Angus burger on whole wheat flat, big salad w Italian dressing
