Palo's question / Port question

I need some help, please!

Ok, 1. Do you tip the person at the port who takes your luggage? If yes, what would you tip?

2. When you go to Palo's brunch is $10 pp and dinner is $5pp. What would you tip?

Oh, one more - does anyone know how much the taxi is to Coral World / Coki beach?

At port I tipped $1 dollar per bag and then added 2 more for the promptness! At Palos we tipped $10 for dinner, just added it to the $10 for the two of us.

OUr cost for taxi to Coki was $7 per person for 2 people. I tipped almost exactly along the lines of Perdidobay.
