I assume you mean the Master Chef's (Best of) dinner? This is actually a great menu. It highlights the various creations of Disney Chefs from around the company. You'll find starters, main courses, and desserts that were created by Disney Chefs for various restaurants at Walt Disney World. From EPCOT to the Animal Kingdom Lodge, from Fort Wilderness to the Yacht Club, the dishes are wonderfully varied.

The Captain's Gala menu is the highlight for many. It includes lobster, steak, etc.

With this said, Palo is not to be missed!
