We've been to Palo brunch on two separate occasions and loved it. We'll be cruising on the Fantasy for the first time in March and currently have a Remy brunch booked. I was wondering if we should also book a dinner with either restaurant or both. It's my understanding that dinner is not a brunch. Is it a fixed menu or do you order from a menu? If you order from a menu, how does the cost work since you're charged up front? Is it "all you can eat" from the menu?
Also, I assume that Remy will have a higher quality of food offerings since the price is more than Palo. If you've been to either, I'd like to hear you opinion. Thanks.
