Palo vs Remy brunch and dinner

We've been to Palo brunch on two separate occasions and loved it. We'll be cruising on the Fantasy for the first time in March and currently have a Remy brunch booked. I was wondering if we should also book a dinner with either restaurant or both. It's my understanding that dinner is not a brunch. Is it a fixed menu or do you order from a menu? If you order from a menu, how does the cost work since you're charged up front? Is it "all you can eat" from the menu?

Also, I assume that Remy will have a higher quality of food offerings since the price is more than Palo. If you've been to either, I'd like to hear you opinion. Thanks.

I did Palo brunch, Palo dinner and Remy brunch on our cruise last week. I liked the food at Palo more, not because the food at Remy was bad, but because their brunch is a set menu with only one or two choices to make, and the items offered were things I would never have chosen off a more varied menu. I think the higher price of Remy is more reflective of the style & type of food served, rather than how tasty it is.

At Palo dinner, there is a menu so you have several choices, and although I only ordered one item from each course, I was told I could order a little more if I liked. For example, for the main course I chose a meat dish, and was also given the option of having a smaller version of a pasta main dish on the side. I was also told that I could have two desserts. Not "all you can eat" (I wouldn't try ordering two full entrees like I've read some people do at the MDRs), but not stingy, either. My favorite thing about Palo dinner was the chocolate souffle for dessert. I liked Palo brunch, but dinner there was even better. I'm going to give Remy dinner a try on our next cruise, because I know that at least has two different set-menu options, unlike the one set-menu brunch.

Do you by any chance have any pictures of the menus and food selection? I tried doing a search but I was only able to find discussions and no food pictures threads. Surprising right?

So is the Remy brunch a traditional brunch in the sense that you pay the flat fee and the food is laid out on a table all you can eat for you to get up and get yourself like how the Palo brunch is set up or is it a brunch where you order off of a menu?

No. As I described above, it is one set menu with only a couple of choices to make. You are seated and served the food in courses. It is not like Palo brunch.
