I recommend skipping Palo and Remy dinner on your first cruise. But try to get a brunch!

On your next cruise (because everyone goes back!) try to get a dinner.

We are 15 cruises and counting. We are foodies. We did Palo the first night and haven't regretted it and it is a must do. Everyone has their own opinion but to us the quality of the food, the alone adult time, dressing up, all of it is incomparable.
