Palo operating hours

What is the time range that Palo is open? My booking window opens tomorrow night, I should have asked this sooner. We're deciding on what time to aim for.

What is the time range that Palo is open? My booking window opens tomorrow night, I should have asked this sooner. We're deciding on what time to aim for.

Brunch seatings start at 10 am. Dinner seatings start at 6 pm. I think the last seating time is 9 pm, but someone else may have better information about that. We usually do main seating, so we book Palo dinner right at opening.

Same here- I believe 6pm is the earliest for dinner. Not sure how late they go- it might only be until 9pm
