Palo line question on the 4 day

I am going on the 4 day that now has the Palo brunch added.

Are there two Palo lines now? One for dinner and one for brunch? If so, can my husband stand in one and me in another?

I have my parents and my in-laws travelling with me. If I want them seated at my Palo table, can I be the only one standing in line or since they are in different staterooms, does someone from each stateroom have to be present for the request?
