Pal Mickey

I would say don't bother. Its too expensive for what you get. My kids didn't care for it and it became too much to carry so he was put into our backpack.

When I did take him out he was silent or only wanted to play games or tell jokes not much value for my family but I know others with disagree.

When we go back I'll bring him along again my kids will be older so maybe he will work out next time. If I could do it over again I wouldn't have bought pal mickey and just bought a cheaper mickey.

We bought a Pal Mickey on our last trip and will be taking him back with us next month. We really enjoy him. He has a clip that you can clip him right to a belt or bag strap. I actually bought him for myself ... the kids can hold him from time to time. :)
So I would say buy one!

I bought one for our first trip in Mar 2006. We Loved It! (Me, DH, DSis, DNeph). We are gonna take it with us for our trip this Sept. I got it on EBay for about 1/2 the price of a new one. Well worth the cost.

I bought one for my son in September 2007. He loves the Pal Mickey - still plays with it today! We are planning on taking it back with us in September and have been told that it will again pick up the Disney signals but it may not pick up new signals which have been added since 2007. The information he gives is great! The one drawback is that my son would not carry him after the first two hours. The clip pulls on clothes especially if you get wet (Splash Mountain). So, either my husband or myself carried Mickey for the rest of the trip. Hope this helps in your decision!:dance3:

i've been thinking of getting one from Ebay (a new one) for my boys to get pumped about going to disney, not like they need to be "pumped" for it, but since we aren't going till nov it's just too far away for them and i want to keep them excited. BUT my boys LOVE stuffed animals and such, so i know this would be a big hit, esp if it talked and told corny jokes, lol.

i say go for it!
