Marti, love all the pictures, but this one just makes me think, "My, what mighty big feet you have."

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Not sure why, but I just find his big feet to be funny.

I told you Mickey would have more fun with Matt than with me and my boys..er men...er Boys...whatever they are.

As promised, a few pictures of our trip. I left work at 11:30am and got home and was packed in 10 minutes. Finished getting my toiletries and medicines and was ready to go. Till DH got done I caught up on the DIS board and think I posted one reply.
We started off at 1pm and it was raining then, but not hard at all. What usually is a 6 hour or more drive was just over 5 hours. Even with rain being hard at times.
When we first got in the car, I immediately went into my relax mode.

I was not even bothered by DH when he would get @#%*+%$#@@@ at other drivers :rotfl:

Bruce and Carol have two Golden Retrivers, one outdoor cat (she is allergic) one prissy rooster, two chickens and two ginuea hens. We arrived and Callie, the cat was right there waiting for me.

Mickey Mikey Mouse was also ready for this trip and he wanted to meet Callie.

Callie even has her own play mouse

It rained all Friday, a little on Saturday and very early Monday before we left to come back home. The guys took the dogs for a long walk one day but I just relaxed the whole time. We had good food and drink. Lots of talking and yes the guys had to save the world one night but only till 12:30am.
We also celebrate our birthdays together and they got me a tinkerbell purse and a neat neck warmer or for using cold.

Bullet likes to put his paws on our arms so we can scratch them. Here he is sitting next to DH holding onto his arm.

100_1014.jpg

Mikey had heard that we usually help Bruce and Carol gather firewood so he wanted to help.

100_0879.jpg

Then he had to rest on the swing.

More later.

Well, after Mikey was done resting from hauling firewood, he wanted to sit on the back porch with the dogs. He dediced to sit on the railing, because they took one look at him and both said TOY!!!.

100_0882.jpg

Then Mikey wanted to sit in the rocker and watch some TV

100_0883.jpg

He really liked the tall ceilings and fans.

100_0887.jpg

That evening after Bruce was done playing the banjo, Mikey wanted to give it a try.

100_0889.jpg

Mikey had me take a short video of the birds. He just could not believe how much noise just 5 birds made :rotfl:
Just click on the picture and have your sound on.

more to come

Mikey noticed a gun cabinet that Bruce had carved and wanted me to take a picture of it.

100_0894.jpg

Here is a picture of the birds.

100_1006.jpg

This is Mr Silky, the prissy rooster. Looks like he has pantaloons :rotfl:

100_1007.jpg

Mikey really liked the big fireplace.

100_0884.jpg

Mikey noticed the new bedding.

100_1005.jpg

I was able to get a few pictures of the humming birds.

100_1002.jpg

100_0997.jpg

Last but not least, Mikey wanted to use Bruce's Bowflex, but I told him it was time to go back home

Thanks Ellen,
I must have stood there for about 45 minutes total time just waiting and I had the camera set on sport mode. Finally about 25 pictures later these two were the best.

loved the new pictures, Terry. Thanks!

Andy arrived safely in Biloxi yesterday, unfortunately his host Mom has been spending way too much time at work to show him around yet. . . .

He really wants to go and see the beach.

:sunny:

Brooksie arrived safely in St. Louis on Friday. He enjoyed a day of play with the kids and then went camping with us too. I'll post pictures soon!

After waiting patiently for his Host mom to have a day off Andy finally got to have a Play Day.

After playing all morning Andy went on a sight seeing tour, more pictures to come.
