paintshop pro help

I have corel paintshop pro and I have been trying to figure out how to create layers with it. I have been looking at the tutorial that they give but for the life of me i cant figure it out. Master Masons contest has made me curious about this after seeing the layered pictures using photoshop but was wondering if there are any corel users here that can help me with an easy to follow how to

What version of PSP are you using? I have XI and it has a good help topic on layers. This website also has good tutorials for PSP.

Just chose "Layers" on your index bar and then "New Raster Layer"
