I use the 3m Spray glue I bought at Mikes for $3 with the coupon...
Works GREAT!
although I would not recomend it for the kids to use - it is VERY sticky! my fingers were sticking together!

I figured that I would just wing it. But if there are actual directions out there I would LOVE a copy too!
I did buy Mod podge over the weekend to try to glue the paper to the can. It was on sale at ACMOORE.
