Such a bummer that it rained on your castaway cay day.

Do you recall how much they were to rent?

I don't remember the exact price, but they were double what the kayak's were. Maybe $25-$30 for and hour?? I thought a little pricey if they weren't being rented. Who remembers the kayak rental price?

Any updates on the paddle boards? Availability and prices? We're visiting Castaway Cay in December on the Fantasy and I really want to try the SUP if they're available!

Just wanted to let you know we finally rented the SUP on Castaway Cay last week and it was about $20 with tax for 30 minutes. Lots of fun, exhausting, and a great way to see the ship up close and personal. They had at least six boards for rent.

A friend, who has done DCL about a dozen times, showed me a pic this past week of a 6 1/2 foot shark (forget what type) that he caught within several hundred feet of the CC swimming area. He said he had rented a boat (didn't know you could do that) with captain & after fighting another fish for 45 minutes only to have his line snap, the captain turned to him & told him not to worry, that he'd have him hook something big. Anyway within 5-10 minutes he had the shark on the line. Doesn't bother me, but thought it was interesting. not like they're man eating
