Here is what I have packed (generally speaking)

(will add jeans and sweaters and sweatshirts next week since they wear these often)...swimsuits and beach towels (driving to a beach down there - somewhere!) Stride-rite shoes, sandals.

Mom & Dad - shorts, short sleeves, swimsuits, capris, jeans, undies, socks, belly support (preggo!)
(will wear jackets on plane - it's cold here!) Tennis shoes, Birkenstocks, flip flops.

That aside - I have:
Park Hoppers
MVMCP tickets
Confirmation, cancellation, reservation numbers
Plane "ticketless travel itinerary" printout
Addresses, directions, itineraries
Sunblock
Moleskin
Blister Care Band-Aid gel pad thingies
First Aid Kit (small size incl. tylenol, advil, decongestant)
Travel toiletries (deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, soap, razors, shaving cream)
Diapers
Wipes
travel wipe container
Lactaid
Toothbrushes/Toothpaste (new Princess ones for the girls to plant in the hotel bathroom!) :)
Ponytail holders and clippies for the girls from Auntie (princess)
Brush
extra Ziplock bags

Carryon luggage has extra outfits, swimsuits, and will have a blankie (small one) and special toy to sleep with on the plane...ours will contain some toiletries and OTC meds.

Is there anything else I'm forgetting or should add?

Thanks~

Don't forget the KIDS!!!

(Sorry, couldn't resist the joke)

Looks like a good list. I often take some small snacks on the plane (trail mix, yogurt covered raisins, etc).

Also, did you make any PS for any meals?

Have a good time.

Good list I did notice no camera or film on list I think you would want to take a bunch of pictures of your vacation at WDW.Have a great trip.::yes:: :wave2:

Ahh - indeed. The camera bag is packed and contains 25 rolls of film! :)

I failed to include it on my list - but it is assembled and ready to go! :) (and extra batteries)

Just a few suggestions off my packing list... ;)

Insurance cards
Copies of the back of your park tickets
Kleenex Tissues
Ponchos
Over the Counter Meds
Pictures of the Characters that your kids have colored for the characters to sign (silly, I know, But wonderful... and the characters love them)

Something to cut the Moleskin with - that's what I forget. LOL

Wonderful tips everyone!!!! Thank you - I've added them all (especially Health AND Car insurance cards - DUH!)

How about...

- Cell phone and charger
- Extra batteries (camera, toys, etc.)
- Umbrella and/or ponchos
- Roll of pennies / quarters (if you're going to do the pressed pennies and/or quarters)
- Laundry detergent tablets (yes, I know it's a vacation, but if you're going for any length of time, you may appreciate clean clothes)
- Motion Sickness Meds
- Doctors' Phone Numbers
- Some sort of ID tag / bracelet for your children
- Waterbottle
- Mister fan (you may not need it this time of year, but check the forecast. You'll pay 3-4 times as much at the theme park)
- If you don't have them memorized, jot down the email addresses for friends and family. There are stations at Epcot where you can take a family photo and immediately email it back home.

And, don't forget to take warm jackets, hats and gloves. It does get COLD at night. Particularly when you see Fantasmic, you really need to dress appropriately as you spend a large part of the show getting hit with a light spray of water.

Remember to pack the scissors for moleskin etc in a checked bag. I packed a little zippered nail kit in my carry-on without thinking and got stopped in security for the small cuticle scissors.

GUM!!

For the plane ride. The kids will appreciate it. Bring enough for the return trip as WDW does not sell gum. Maybe a faany pack or something similar and make your DH carry it!:teeth:

Have fun and wear your lime green, maybe we'll see you there!

We leave in 7 days and haven't even begun to pack. All of your lists are a great help, but DH and I have one question; what is moleskin?

Moleskin is sold near the bandaids or the Dr Scholl's shoe inserts at Target. The package we have is a roll. It is a padded (adhesive backed) cushion to protect "hot spots"...the precurser to blisters. When you feel a hotspot, you are to stop, take off the shoe and sock, air out, put on moleskin (just to cover the hotspot) and it is supposed to prevent a blister from forming. I've heard it can be a lifesaver, so we've gone ahead and gotten some to be sure.

I also found these wonderful new things that Band-Aid makes...they're in a silver and blue box and they are blister cushioning gel pads of sorts, and are said to release pain-relieving medicine to the blister while walking. They seal on all sides and are waterproof and claim to last for several days...so we got a pack. What the heck - it can't *hurt* to have them in the backpack :)

Thanks again for all the tips - I'm SO excited...I have added some additional things per your recommendations and feel pretty well-prepared now :)

Does your first aid kit include a thermometer?

The first time my DD flew, she cried off and on for close to 3 hours after we landed. AND we had her chew gum the whole time. The next time we used earplanes, and no trouble at all...those things are amazing!! You may want to get your DD her own little fanny pack for her autograph book and a snack or 2.

Earplanes are corkscrew type earplugs that you put in during the flight, and they prevent pain and ear blockage during landing. Cost about 6 dollars and are good for a round trip flight. You can find them at CVS (chain pharmacy). I even use them now, especially if I am flying with a head cold. I'm in the process of packing - started last night and hope to finish today. Have a great time and I will be on the lookout for the 3 princesses!

We have just returned and I was happy to have taken some small special snacks like pez that I could pull out when the boys needed a distraction. Another great distraction from the standing in lines was a yo-yo. Have a great time.
