We will be doing a short stay at WDW before our cruise. When doing both the parks and the cruise do you pack separate bags-one for parks and one for cruise or do you keep it all together and hope for the best by the time you reach the cruise? I was thinking of doing maybe a clothes bag for the cruise and the suitcase for WDW. I just don't want to be a wrinkled mess family for the cruise. Any ideas? What has worked for you? Thanks.

I haven't done both together, so can't really advise on that, but I can definitely recommend tossing a bottle of Downy Wrinkle Releaser into your suitcase! That stuff really works!! Since it's just me and my 6yo, I have to cram as much as I can into as few bags as I can. Even if I'm careful, stuff comes out wrinkled. The Downy really does a great job, especially on knits. I just sprayed our clothes as I unpacked them and hung them up in our stateroom, and they looked great the rest of the trip.

Hope this helps!

I did separate bags when we did our land/sea combo. I found it worked out well to have the stuff we definitely didn't need in the parks (like the nicer clothes for dinner) packed separately and not touched while at the hotel. I didn't do laundry, so also had casual/shorts outfits in separate bags for both parts of the trip. The stuff we wore at the parks went back in to the bag they came out of, so they didn't have to be opened on the ship. I also packed our park souveniers in these bags, so didn't have to mess with them again either.

I also took Downy wrinkle releaser which did a pretty good job of getting out the wrinkles in the clothes that remained packed for so long.
