Package rates for 08?

When do the package rates come out for 2008? And also, if I book a reservation, and then find a discount code, can I change it without losing my booking date?

I also asked this question and got July or August for answers. We are not the only people asking this question; I'm finding answers anywhere from mid-June to August on other posts.

This is a link to historical information about when rack rates and discounts were offered in past years. Looks like rates usually came out in June, but last year they came out in August. I read on another thread that the late release last year was because some of the Epcot restaruants had not signed onto the dining plan??? But, who knows really.

I have also heard that if you book room only and then want a package they cancel the room only reservations and create a new one for the package. Not sure how discounts are applied though.
