Package delivery to Swan?

I'm staying at the Swan for the first time and just wanted to know if I buy anything in the parks that there is package delivery to the Swan.

Yes there is. You will have to pick up your delivery in the gift shop.

Yep. I did that when we were there in June. Very convenient.

I am staying there too in a week, how does it work??? You tell the store / gift shop you would like it delivered to the resort, and it goes to the gift shop @ the Swan??? Does it cost anything? This sounds VERY convienent.

That's exactly what you do! There is no charge for this service. The CM where you purchased your items will give you a separate receipt for the delivery (in addition to your regualr purchase receipt) and tell you when you can expect it to be there. Even though we're staying in a suite I would still have to pick up my purchases in the gift shop or will they be delivered to my room?
I remember my past experiences when I stayed concierge at the Poly that the purchases were delivered to my room.

As far as I know, all packages to the Swan are delivered to the gift shop. I believe delivery to the room is only available at Disney owned resorts.

Our last two visits to the Poly I know the packages were delivered to the room but at that time it was only if you were a concierge guest so I thought maybe staying Club Level at the Swan they would do the same thing.
In any case, so long as the purchases can be delivered to the Swan I don't care where I have to go to in the Swan to get them because it beats lugging those bags around in the park.
