After the main part I had enough. Baby steps are ok in my world.
something to consider..... do the ab routine first, then the main workout (if you have the time).... that way, you can hit the abs when you're fresh, and it doubles as a good warm up to get you ready for the main workout
but nothing else hurts. I know it's chicken of me but I am going to wait to jump in with the Abs on my day off because I can only take one body part aching at a time and still smile
