P.M. extra magic hour at EPCOT

Forgive me if this has been addressed (I did a search and came up empty), but my question is:
As far as EPCOT goes does this new evening EMH in May extend the future world hours or the world showcase hours? or both? TIA!!

Both, and I was told both would close at Midnight but of course only certain rides are open.
