On a side note..
In Britain, it is a worry that there aren't enough children being born now to support the generations above that are living for much longer than people ever have done before. Like, less people = less money = bad for the economy which means things in Britain like pensions, NHS and old peoples homes will suffer because theres more people who need the services than those who can pay for them.
However, that is in Britain. I don't know what the other natural increase rates are in other countries.
On topic with China, yes, I personally think the one child policy is wrong, however, the population is decreasing and its now been introduced that couples who are only children, can have two children.
