We are a party of 14 going n Sept. There are 5 reservations for rooms. room only and 2 packages. We all had our accounts, some were linked, some were not. I called last night to link a reservation that would not link. The girl was really nice. Said it was going to take a while, but she could see what needed to be done. She put me on hold. After about 20 min. she came back on to ask me a question, I started to answer it and we got disconnected. Great! So call back, explain what happened, this gal also very nice, says she can see the first gal got all the profiles right, so she goes in to try to link the missing reservation. Puts me on hold, thinks she has it all fixed, I thank her and hang up because I see the ressie. After I hang up, I look at the ressie and see that she has the wrong people in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay 3 rd. phone call. Get a guy this time. I explain what happened and so he goes in. This time I do not hang up until I am sure everything is fixed. It looks good, so I say it looks fixed, bam, we get disconnected again. I am tired and say I'm done and go to bed. I get up this morning to check everything and it all looks great, except it says one of our family and friends can not use Memory Maker. I will try to get that fixed today.I hope we have no further problems.

And it wasn't an April Fool's joke.
