How do the logistics work when you use an outside vendor. How do the EMs handle it or are you on your own?
For example, the WDW florist is very expensive, if we went to an outside vendor how would we get the flowers, who would do the set uo for the ceremony and the reception?
Also, if used a different vendor for ceremony chairs, will WDW let the vendor set up and take down the chairs. Will the EM be involved?
