That's what I had previously read too. However, at the end of the episode it says their story continues April 4th.

Ugggghhhh......I loathe tv shows that pull stuff like this. Absolutley loathe them.

I get not having a new episode every week. I can understand doing a few weeks of new episodes then taking a week or two off but good lord....6 months off? What is the purpose of that other htan to frustrate all the fans?

I wonder how many of us who are watching have read the books? I have and I'm finishing up her last one at the moment.

I read all but the last 2 last year. Loved, loved, loved the books. Really enjoying the series too!!!

Only 8 episodes...what a tease! Now, the long excruciating wait for next season. It's barely autumn and I can't wait, until spring!

I feel like all the premium channel shows do this. The first time that happened I was shocked. I mean, for Homeland, it's like a year between seasons and Game of Thrones and Shameless aren't much better. Drives me nuts. However, the production on these shows is incredible. Each show is almost like a short movie. I think it takes a lot of time and expense (and locations) to shoot these episodes.
