Outdoor seating

Do any of the restaurants offer outdoor seating with nice views? I am particularly interested in the seafood ones or ones with water views.

If you could be a little more specific it would really help. Parks or resorts? Which ones? TS or CS?

Which seafood places are you thinking of?

The short answer is yes, some restaurants have outside seating with nice views. But not many of the TS ones do. The obvious one is Rose and Crown, but it's not seafood. La Cantina has water views, but is CS. The food court at POR has outside seating that overlooks the river.

Many restaurants have indoor seating with views of the water.

The Big River Grill on the Boardwalk has outdoor seating with water views. I am sure they have a seafood item or two on the menu but I don't eat seafood so I can't tell you anything about it.

These are the only TS I can think of that offer any outdoor seating at all.

In Epcot:
Via Napoli
Tutto Italia (currently closed; don't know the status when they reopen)
Rose & Crown

At resorts:
Big River Grill (BW)

At DTD:
Raglan Road
Patio at House of Blues
Patio at Paradiso 37
Patio at Wolfgang Puck's Cafe (small area)
I think Portobello has a patio too

I don't know if Fulton's has any seating outdoors. It would fit your bill for a seafood restaurant.

Very few park/resort TS restaurants have any outdoor seating, although many of the CS restaurants do.

Besides the ones listed above, the only other that I can think of is at AK. There is an under cover seating area near the egg roll/wings carts and Flights of Wonder. There are a few tables there and a really wonderful view of the Tree of Life. It is not really designated as a CS dining area, at least I don't think so, but I have taken my food over there and eaten it. There are not many tables though.

AK has CS Flame Tree BBQ that has a nice setting overlooking the water, but you have to fight off birds
