Outback wings

I love outback’s wings. It’s more of a rub and not a sauce.
We also always ask for our wings well done anywhere we go after being burned one too many times. Highly recommend asking for well done-it adds to their flavor imho

56 half wings for $56 is pricy. I don't do wings because of first the enormous price surge over the past 8 years or so, and the acceptance by society that a half a wing counts as a whole wing. That price isn't even 2 dozen wings for $56. Its only 23 wings.

Yeah, the price of wings has skyrocketed. Unfortunately as a Buffalo native living so far from the homebase I either have to eat at least 365 wings per year (or 4 roast beef on weck but good luck finding that in Indiana) or I turn evil and lose my ability to polka. I don't make the rules. :confused3

Does one ever lose their ability to polka? I thought you could consider any voluntary or involuntary muscular movement a polka.

Did someone say Polka?

Wings are just another one of those formerly junk cuts that are now expensive because the use they found for them makes them popular. It's like Flank or Skirt steak or brisket or bacon or hot dogs. All of them are way way way more expensive than they should be.
