Just a heads up:

Outage Notification:

Member Services is scheduled to close from 5 p.m. ET on December 3 until 10 a.m. ET on December 4 to accommodate system updates. This downtime is necessary to facilitate a smooth booking process for Members when the updated system launches at 10 a.m. on December 4.

Please note that the Member Online Booking tool at DVCMember.com also will be unavailable during this downtime.

All of us at Disney Vacation Club appreciate your understanding as we update our systems, and we look forward to welcoming you "home" again soon.

I'm sure it will be an enhancement to DVC in response to member feedback.

All kidding aside, I'm really hoping they're fixing the problem with lead names on bookings.
 
It's not just DVC, there's a thread on the discounts board. So it may not directly affect DVC, it's all Disney systems.

Since so much of the DVC system relies on the CRO system, their changes are our changes.

That's why we have the lead name problem, room requests that don't make much sense, and travel plans instead of reservations.

Oop, check that. They just changed the message to "1pm on dec 4" from 10am. So they need a few more hours. Yeah, I vote for different music too!
 
We are checking out of BWV today and the computers are down here also. We get no checkout statement. It will be emailed to us. I like looking at my bill before we leave because it is easier to resolve problems on site. Disney IT never ceases to amaze me.

My page still shows 10. I can get logged in, and navigate through some pages but I can't check inventory. I can't turn on the music right now because I'm at work but I'm assuming that's the same.

I have logged on and off. Closed my browser. Used a different browser. This is what I have on my page--not 1 or 3 pm. They forgot to update me.

How surprising. :rolleyes: I checked 1 1/2 hours ago and it said 1PM. Now 3PM. Any bets for 5PM?

I was thinking those onsite may have the worst of it with checking in and out.
 
This outage also affects Regular Disney Room Reservations and Dining Reservations, not just DVC.

The notice under the news section hasn't been changed but the notice in red on the log in screen is the one that keeps updating.
 
My screen still says 10 am... the recording on the phone now says 3 pm... which stinks because I'll be at work at 3 pm. Hopefully I'll have time to call this afternoon.
