Happy Anniversary to your parents! Mine hit their 35th a few months ago.

I just did the math and I'll be 60 years old when we get to our 35th anniversary.

I'm not very adventurous either. I usually get the short ribs (sooo yummy!) The tomato soup and the naan bread ( also delicious, it comes as an appetizer selection or you can just pay a dollar for the bread by itself, we did this when we had the DP) they have special ovens to cook the naan bread there. Man now I'm hungry!

That does sound good! I don't know if I can sell Eric on it though

Little wedding update!!

Just recieved our new bill from Disney (due tomorrow!) with our added guests. I found a mistake in our bill and we were being overcharged by $900!!! So glad I caught that.

But the best news of all is that our Dessert Party has been relocated to Italy!! This was our initial request but a Corporate even had tentatively been booked there. Well I guess they didn't offiically book and now we have it!!

Haha I know!! Someone at work today suggested sending out a one-page newsletter with reminders for the trip...guess I can add that in there!!

Yes that is a good idea. You can remind them of the time change too. The location change isn't as big of a deal since we are escorted as a group inside the park but people may be confused when it obviously looks like Italy and not the UK

They really don't need to know as it doesn't change where we meet. Everyone has to meet outside Guest Relations and be escorted in as a group...so we are taking them to Italy whether they know it or not, lol. An addition to our reminder newsletter should work great They have already each received an email about what time to meet.

I think Italy will be a very dreamy place to have your reception. Will they do any decorating or put in tables and such??What will it look like for your event? Right now it's kinda looking empty and sad.

Lol awww...you called Italy empty and sad?? Don't worry...they are definitely going to dress it up a bit. We could have paid for more elaborate decorations but we thought the standard was good enough. We are there for World Showcase and the fireworks!

There were tables filling up the space covered in black linens. I tried to find a pic but I couldn't. Then on the tables will be these in blue and green:

I love your TR I wish I could have gotten married in the world!!! As for your taxi service, I totally can relate, when I had my 2nd wedding not only did I have to do the makeup for my 4 dd's but my matron of honor and her dd too!!! By the time I was done will all of that I barely had time to get my face on!! But even though I survived and had a wonderful day, it would have been nice if certain people realized it was supposed to be my day. Call me selfish but on YOUR wedding it should be all about YOU!!! Good luck and don't stress - enjoy all the preparations because it is all over in a blink of an eye! Great job!!

Thanks I'm trying not to stress...which is why we just agreed to pick them up wherever we are going. It's just easier. Luckily since the wedding is at 5 p.m. Eric will have plenty of time to go get them

Nothing terribly exciting going on today. I keep trying to get a better rate on our rental car...but nada!! Right now we have a standard for $268 with Alama. Oh I miss the days of cheap rentals!!!
