I am overly excited about finding this thread and sharing my trip with everyone. Every time I mention it to my DH, I get an eye roll because it is the 14,000 time I have mention Disney that day. So I am so excited to share our plans with a community of people who are as excited as I am.

About my little family.

My name is Amanda. I am a stay at home mom. I went to Disney in 1990, yes 1990. It has been 25 years since I went to Disney and I barely remember it. My husband, Mark and I have always said that we would wait until the kids were a little older to go to Disney but somehow I convinced him that this was a great idea. My DS, Mark Wayne will be three when we go and my DD Mia will turn two our first day at Disney. Our plan is to go May 1-6 and spend four days in the parks.

How our Disney Adventure began...

A couple of months ago it dawned on me that my DS needed a Disney experience. This little boy loves all things Disney, every thing from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Doc Mcstuffins to Cars and most recently Toy Story. My DD is obsessed with Frozen. Even at the age of one, she loves Elsa, Anna and Olaf. When she was a baby and wasn't feeling well, we would turn on Frozen to calm her down. I wanted them to see and be immersed in the magic of all things Disney. So I approached my husband about a short trip to Disney, two days, one at Magic Kingdom and a split day at Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.

I studied every blog, pinterest post and website I could find on Disney. I came to the conclusion that we could stay at Pop Century and do one more day at Disney so we could hit Epcot for 1/2 a day and Magic Kingdom for the rest of the day. After price came out at the end of June, I realized that it would be cheaper to do four day at Disney oppose to 3 day with Park Hoppers. This would be great, we could do 2 entire days at MK and a day at each AK and HS. I decided to leave Epcot out due to the age of our children. I am so excited about our trip and can't wait to enjoy all Disney has in store for us.
