I am sure that Rae's meltdown was not much fun. She will be able to look at that picture in the future and laugh. My parents took a few pictures of me during a meltdown and I think they are hilarious.

I have a pic of my DD also in Time out at Disney. We were off to the sdie of Main Street. We laugh now. Not so funny then.

I think naps sometimes make people more tired if they are tooooo long. (my husband is one of those people) Maybe that is what happened to Rae??

Thanks- we were getting some strange looks and a few smiles too.Her consequences have to be the same no matter where we are.She used to throw tantrums that lasted hours.

She and my dd are definitely out of the same mold. When she was younger, like 2 or 3, we would send her to her room for time out. She would scream and holler forEVER! When things got quiet, I would go check on her and she would be in the bed NAKED! She would get so mad that she would take all her clothes off! Luckily, she has outgrown that.

Congrats on the job!!! Maybe we will be able to meet up with you in the "World" some other time. DS has said he would like to go back for his graduation. That is only three years away!

oh, the classic disney world meltdown!!!! don't we just love those? i don't have kids but i feel for all the parents who must endure these at least once a trip! i'm not making fun of sweet little rachel.....but what else can you do but look back it and laugh?

Yep already planning a trip for May 2009.It just seems soo far away.

Hi,Allie! Okay that is hilarious about your DD. Rae used to throw fits that she would actually hurt herself but they are much better.She screamed for over two hours last year on Christmas Day and I ended up having to hold her down because she was hitting her head on the wall.
