We'll have to do another meet again when there's not so much activity going on.

We're on the last day (in the last hours) of hour trip report right now. All that's left is getting lunch before we get on the road.

Happily, as soon as this TR come to an end, we are about to leave for our Mother's Day get-away!

Great updates! I was watching the live feed on New Years Eve! It was so much fun!
Well, not as much fun as being there but still fun!
Lucky you with an empty Epcot!

NYE was very fun....I would do that again in a heartbeat!

Epcot WAS great...I love being around everyone, but sometime's it's nice to get away by yourself for a few hours!

I will have to hop over to your remaining TR this afternoon....but you have Mother's Day trip coming up VERY soon, that will be so great!!

Now that we're not going for NYE, I'm a little disappointed about missing the chance to see the fireworks from the Poly beach. Sounds like a lovely alternative to fighting the crowds at MK!

Sorry the next day was so wet, but perhaps it was good luck afterall! I've never seen WS so empty!!! Very cool that you were able to get some time to explore on your own, too!

Hi Kathy!

It was perfect not being at the MK with literally 75,000 other people. It was still full at the beach, but it didn't feel crowded or that we were super close to everyone.

So when I left you, the kids were heading over to Hollywood Studios....

My aunt, uncle and Justin decided to head back to the hotel, so we were off to Hollywood Studios!

We exited through the World Showcase and were soon on the ferry, making our way to Hollywood Studios! It was a bit chilly that day, so we huddled together....

Hello, Beach Club!! See you in November!

We then split; Sam and Sadie wanted to use their Fastpasses at TSM, and Alice and Jacob wanted to ride ToT....and I wanted to shop. So we all went our own ways, and decided to meet up later.

I connected with Alice and Jacob, and we watched a few sketches with the street performers - I LOVE those guys and gals!! They are so funny!

Before we met up with Sam & Sadie, we decided we needed a sweet treat, so we stepped into a candy shop. Alice and Jacob each got candy apples, and I got covered marshmallows on a Mickey twisty straw (and I took that straw home, and still have it!) A nice cast member took this picture for us; we all look a bit wet and rainy!)

We watched another set of performers and some people they picked from the crowd do the 12 Days of Christmas - hysterical!!

Sam & Sadie then met up with us...lucky they had Fastpasses, since the wait for TSM in the stand-by line was over 4 HOURS!!!! Why would someone wait in line that long for a ride?!

It was time to leave and go back to Saratoga...but I was able to get this pretty shot as we were leaving the park:

A perfect end to another great day!

COMING UP NEXT: Just the adults at Coral Reef....and another trip to Beaches and Cream?!

A DIS meet on NYE sounds like so much fun. I know all you guys had a great time meeting everyone! We were in DHS that night.

I remember that New Years Day---rainy and yucky. We were driving home.

When touring with a bunch of people its sometimes so helpful to split up... divide and conquer!

Four hours for TSM?? Were those folks in denial? They must've seen the posted wait time! Yikes! Not me!

An empty Epcot is great...what a great way to start the year!

The snacks look great. I can't imagine waiting 4 hours for a ride. I mean, it's fun, but it's not THAT fun!

Hey there! I know, I have been a bad DISer... Since starting with my new job, I am really busy each day - which I do love - but I get home and I am TIRED and sometimes I don't feel like sitting at the computer anymore. But I am back, baby!! Now I just have to finish this so I can start on my Nov and Cruise PTRs!!

I think you look great! And so excited to eat your yummy treats!

The kids do have a great time; our families have really grown up together, so in addition to being cousins, we are really like brothers and sisters. We have a great time together!

I am going to finish this bad boy this weekend!! So then I can start on my 2 PTRs in one......

This weekend will be the finish of this TR...and it's only taken me 4 months to write it.

But first I am off to the library and then I get to have an oh-so-fun meeting with the insurance adjustor. We had a pretty bad hailstorm here a few weeks ago, and today I get to go see how much money the insurance company is going to give me, and balance that with what the shop tells me it will cost to repair. I have already heard stories from friends and co-workers about grief they have gotten, so I am NOT looking forward to it.

But tonight - I will update with January 2nd....one of our final days at Disney! Just to give you a tease...we ditched the kids, went to Coral Reef and got some more Beaches and Cream action! Yeah haw!

Take your time. It keeps the trips alive and the Disney happiness going longer.

Coral Reef is one we toss around every so often, but it always gets bumped for something else. Eventually, we will get to it. Beaches and Cream is high on our 'to do again' list, and we may just do that this summer when we have the guys with us again.

I'm ready for pictures whenever you are!
