Thanks! It's funny how opposite the 2 kids can be.Maybe it's a boy/girl thing, but sometimes you wouldn't know they both had he same parents
Although, Chris got a "certificate" from a little girl in his class for having good handwriting and being a good friend, so I guess he must be a nice kid too...although sometimes I wonder with him....

good news is the leak involves water that is coming in and not anything that is going out!

50~ 10-12 year olds singing Jingle Bells.

It did help that the chorus director has a great sense of humor. He changed some of the lyrics. Made them more interesting.

YAY!!! Martina had her Christmas concert the other night too. It was actually pretty cute...they dressed the girls up in halos and angel wings and the boys in reindeer antlers.

I've had my share of snow. I lived in and around Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming for over 5 years. The coldest I've seen it get was -65F. And I've seen snow (in one storm) almost as deep as I am tall (I'm 6'2").

we got our tree up,decorated but have yet to deal with the christmas lights that only half light around the door and the icicle lights that only half light, there new too
grrrr to cold to deal with them now

WE just got one of those white twig trees with lights this year....I always thought they were so pretty. Last night 2 entire branches went out It's too cold to deal with right now!

I was depressed last night so I called Lifeline.
I got a call center in Pakistan.
I told them I was suicidal.

They got all excited and asked if I could drive a truck .

ok we went last night and cut down our christmas tree. Its an hour drive there and then an hour drive back. Usually we are in the field for at least an hour.... We had our tree picked out in less than 10 minutes and were on our way.

Now lets see how long it will take for us to decorate it..

Update on my nephew. They took him to the doctors yesterday and they had to change his meds. So today I went to see him and they said I was the first person to get him to laugh and to get up and play.. He was very tired when I left him. I was told I wore him out.. He was congested but to me doing very well compared to what he went through..
