I've seen mickey head tatoos on women's ankles before...@ Typhoon Lagoon there was this older guy, not in the best physical shape, who had a thong on in the wave pool I was laughing so hard, I got clocked w/a wave & had to go sit down & re-group. When next I returned they made him put on a pair of shorts...unfortunately, they were pink and see through...evidently, by their accent they were European & it's standard operating procedure. Glad his female companion had a 1 piece suit on.

I did manage to talk him into taking me for an evening date to DCA last November, but he was ready to go home after about 3 hours! But in 28 days we will be on !

Well, I guess he does see quite a bit of the place! Atleast you got him to go to DW - I'm really excited for you. From the people I've talked to even aged DL vets go nuts over DW ( oh, lordy, did I jsut call you AGED!!!!!!
Nooo!!!!!!! You'll never let me be your best firend now!!!!! [I'm laughing here - my 3 year old has just picked up that lovely habit of asking for something and then following it w/ "pleeeeze, Ill be you best friend!!"]) I'm sure you've heard many different analyses - so I really won't bore you with that (esp. since I've never been to DL so really have no idea!)

No matter what you will have a blast!!!!!! We are 53 days away!!!!!!

DisUnc has caused many stressful moments about whether or not he should actually WEAR his speedo....
We welcomed nsalz.....
We learned NEVER to mention lowe's.....
Lizzyswan STILL cannot watch Silence of the Lambs.......
Pixiedust FINALLY spelled her daughters name correctly....
Lizzyswan knows her math.....
Eeyorefan1 eats @ the computer
Pixiedust and Lizzyswan are responsible for most of the posts last night.....and don't ya'll like live in the same house?!?!?!?!?

hockeymomoftwo is a waltons freak..(geek-same thing- to-maato, to-mah-to)
And yet another suggestion for keeping kids apart in the car.....plexiglass, although that is the best idea yet.... where are those nerf guns????

Wow, thank you for that, I wish you did this before I joined yesterday....it would have been very helpful. I spent a lot of time trying to get the hang of what goes on here....but then I realized with all the time I was spending reading the posts, I might always be a little confused. I do know I will alot however. I am becoming addicted.

Actually, that is one thing CMs have no control over unless we pay for it - view or room requests. We have to request what we want just like everyone else and hope for the best. In fact, I suspect that those paying rack rate get their room requests granted a bit quicker than ours would be and that makes sense. Our chances of a pixie dust upgrade are a LOT lower, too, because we're already getting such a good deal on the room. Our ressies say "CM discount" right on them, so the room controller knows that when assigning rooms.

I asked for a certain area of OKW, near a quiet pool, hoping for an upper floor, but we're going to be happy with whatever they assign us (I hope!!)

One time in EPCOt I saw this guy who had his whole body tattooed, he was like 60, at first I was freaking out, then i saw that all of his tattoos were disney themed. One second I'm scared out of my mind, the next I'm thinkin' hey is that Donald?

i peeled all my LGMH, glued them together so they are 2-sided....
and before laminating them, i wrote on them. here are my sayings....

i thought about "disers do it better"....but my dh might not walk with me if i had that hanging on my fanny pack!

i'm thinking about getting more LGMHs to spell out DIS for my hotel window. my dh thinks i'm nuts!

Does your school go year 'round? My youngest DS got a C in Algebra, so he's in "enrichment" class for review. Only problem is the district doesn't offer Algebra I, so he's taking Algebra II. Since he's scheduled for Geometry next year, we're wondering if it'll just confuse him? Oh well, I guess you can always retain some knowledge...if anything, it'll teach him to buckle-down. He's one of those over-achievers who think homework is beneath him...hope this changes his tune-pronto. Congrats on a noble profession - same DS hopes to be an elem. teacher - go figure.

FACT: teachers don't get paid enough.

i've been thinking of one myself...
something disney that's not tinkerbell..because... she's not my favorite. anyone else notice she's EVERYWHERE at disney? i thought it was a bit much.

it's not that i don't like her, don't get me wrong...there's just OTHER characters i'd rather see.
