hi all you Limey's. Hope everyone's having a great afternoon.

Tonight I'm trying to match the pizza I ordered last week. I got a bottle of alfredo sauce, and melted in ricotta cheese, spread it over one of those ready made thin crust pizza shells you can buy in the store. Then I topped it with cooked crawfish and shrimp, then piled on the cheese. Also made garlic french bread to go with it. So far, Kim says its good. She likes it better than the one we ordered.

Ok, enough of making your mouth water. how's everybody?

Mmmm sounds good. It would probably taste good with spinach added too!

Aww. I'm watching Gonzaga and Indiana now. Gonzaga is such a competitior now, but my favorite upset ever (other than our 1980 Olympic Hockey team) was a few years back when as a nobody team they went really far in the tournament!

I remember that year so well because, I had put them really far up and almost own a TON of money for that reason alone. My DH who knows I know nothing about b-ball was amazed!!! I just liked the name, and that they underdogs, ofcourse.

I remember when I was in law school, My DH bought home a football pool from work (turns out it was a bookie at work but he didn't tell me that) SO I made 5 NFL game picks for the week. Now I love football, but was so darn busy studying that I didn't really pay attention, that year so I picked all the teams that had birds as their team name. DH laughed like crazy, but handed in my "pool". I got all 5 games right!!!! My only bet with a bookie and I won!
