You and PixieDust. She loves the cold and I love the heat. Although I love the Fall. I just don't like when it gets below 50.

I love it when the high is no higher than 50. I really loved living in Oregon. Too bad the job situation for DH was so bad. Oh well maybe one day we will move up to Wyoming like we have talked about. Or anywhere else up north. I'm not too picky as long as it is a fairly small town. But not too far from good shopping of course

One question before I approach dh with that idea. What are the state gun laws of NY? That is one thing that will be a deciding factor in our decision.

Course the idea of living in the New England area during the fall is very appealing to me

When you say gun laws...do you meen in hunting? It is not a state that you can wear a gun on your hip unless you are an on duty law officer. You may own a gun with the proper license however.

Besides DH being a cop there is the fact that we both own guns for cowboy action shooting and Dh wants me to get a concealed weapons permit. Plus cops here are required to carry an off duty weapon so that is the kind of laws I wonder about.
