My math grade stands as of now about a B, shouldn't my parents be glad its not like an F?? A, B is not bad... :sad2: Especially in algebra!!!!!!

Well, speaking as a parent, I can tell you that C's are for average kids and I think my kids are better than that. If DD1 and DD2 are giving it their best effort( doing homework, asking me for help or going to tutoring) I can live with a B but I still push for A's. My parents knew nothing of class rank and how it effected getting into collage. I learned about that my SR. year and it was Waaaaaaayyyy to late to move up. All the work it takes to be in upper level classes is worth it in the end. I wish someone one had explained all of that to me. But since I was the only guy to finish High School, and the only child still at the house when they finished. I think they were pretty happy with that.
Not only do we(parents) want you(our children) to have better "things" than we did we want you to have a better opportunity than we did. (sorry Dad mode took over)

Oh I didn't tell you all what I got today :rotfl: I had to go to Bestbuy for my dad and while I was there I picked up two of the Disney Mania CD's :cool1: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: Now I will have loads of Disney music to listen to on the 11 hour drive in 9.25 days  :cool1: :woohoo:

Algebra is hard, thank you, and if only my mom would see that it's not bad if I can't get EVERY SINGLE "A"!! I'm Not perfect like people must think I am..

I had a fabulous older sister :hippie: , whom shared an apt with my grouchy other older sister :darth: (whom just so happened to be at da mutherland at the time), who let me have a sleepover for a couple of my closest friends at their apt when I was younger! A couple turned into somewhere between 50 -100 :crowded: party: , and 1 night turned into 2 nights. However, only 2-3 of my closest friends actually spent the night.

That was the best party weekend ever. I must admit to doing a lot of :laundy: that weekend  . Which is very amazing because my mom must have called every hour on the hour to see how things were going. Thankfully she didn't come over. Good times soon came to a screeeeeeching hault when my much talked about party was overheard by one of my close friend's mom while dining at Big Boy. She tore up those phone lines calling my mom! Also its turns out the Grouchy Oldest Sister :darth: couldn't wait to tattle either-- I mean really where was all the pixiedust: Magic?!?!?! Great party, but I heard about it for YEARS!!! Which is probably why I keep such a close watch over my little darlings! :rotfl:

Did anyone call the Police?.........Then what was the problem.

I am glad my dd's don't disboard

Hey Va-Bear and SBD Have a good night I am off to Chik-fil-a and Cheerleading. Game starts at 8 and ends around 10. That is too late for 2nd graders :confused3
