Ok fellow limeys I have a problem. I just found out today that my son's hockey fundraiser is November 10. I have to be there. I am looking at flights out for just me to come for one night. If I do this could anyone possibly pick me up at the airport so I don't have to rent a car? I am just checking my options. Trust me this was news I really didn't want to hear.

SB'smom I looked up the list generated pirate ship names and didn't see one I like. So, I'm going be going with The Chicken of the Sea. That's a good pirate ship name right?

Don't laugh that's the original Disneyland Pirate Ship see...

Oh how I loved to hoist a mug of grog there, and stab me cutlass into a tunafish sandwich. Nothing beat the swordfightsI had with me brother Terry using the plastic swords that came with the sandwiches.

Be careful when making the deal because sometimes they give you the great rate with the stipulation that you cannot change or cancel.

Even though there's no legal rank on a pirate ship, everyone recognizes you're the one in charge. You can be a little bit unpredictable, but a pirate's life is far from full of certainties, so that fits in pretty well. Arr!

My dh is off the weekend before!!!!!! He could come then. I would hate to make everyone change plans just for little ole me.

I worked at hotels for 7 or 8 years when I was younger so I know all the tricks and I already called the bluff at one of them. Been doing this too long. Also I always take care of all the hockey tournaments out of town so this is easy for me to do. lots of experience

we are going to pittsburgh presidents weekend and 2 local ones.

I will have to let you know if we can switch til the weekend before. The 10th is the best for us cuz I have a long weekend & I know atleast 2/3's of my kids are off. I will let you know. I have to talk to dh & see what he has in the way of committments. Either way I will try to do what the majority does.

As far as Feb goes, I will try to come up & meet you then (too) however, I will have to play that by ear. If it snows--forget it. Just give me the details about that when it gets closer.
