our secret green club? Part 4

WOW...aint that amazing! I will be at the St Paddy's Day Parade! I will be wearin the GREEN!

We have a BIG Halloween parade here every year. The 2 HS Bands each come up with separate themes.... VERY COOL!

Last year each row were characters out of famous movie...one row was the Wizard of Oz, one row was Star Wars, One Row was The Sound of Music...and so on! Lotsa fun!

WE do themes too, I missed out on Pirates by one year!!! Last year we did the Beatles, and this year we're doing Stevie Wonder. This brings up a very interesting conversation during a sectional for some reason:

Tristan: Dudes!!! Stevie Wonder is singing this song to a beautiful woman! So play like you're playin to a beautiful woman!!!
(recieves looks from myself and 3 other girl trumpets)
ummmm, or beautiful guy!

Bobby: Wait, Stevie Wonder sings this right?

Tristen: Yeah.

Bobby: Well how would he know she's beatifull?

Tristen: Whatever Bro.

I'm Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!! OMG! DO you know how hard it is to be away from the boards for 2 weeks while going through heck?!?!?!?! The number of kids in the band who own LG is shocking I considered asking them all if they were DISer's but instead elected to help the Juniors and Seniors force the Freshmen to run laps (it was also amazing the number who didn't realize we were joking). Well I'm gonna go find pics of DOBEY!

to the ! WOW double sets of twins!?!?!? Does your oldest ds ever feel outnumbered? How cool. Are they identical or fraternal? My brother has fraternal twins & they are so unalike you'd almost think they weren't related.

We were going to try and cram in a little more summer in the mountains but such has been our life 1 kiddo sick and the other on deck. I had hoped that Brody would get through the first week of preschool before getting the back to school crud but no such luck. He's watching Disney movies and has a fever and vomited tons this morning. Thinking he'll probably be better by Sat night or Sunday but Cody is sniffling away right now. I think I started my airborne too late.(yesterday). Bummer at least it is a long weekend so it shouldn't screw up my vacation time (hopefully).

Ahhh, so sorry! Hope everyone's better by Monday atleast.
