Wah! Everyone can find these but meeeee! Oh, well, if worse comes to worst, I will be forkin' over the $18 at WDW and not feel too bad about it, as Disunc says they're good ones anyway. It just makes me mad not to be able to find these when I am looking for them!

Cyn, I thought of you last night while passing through the aisles of my local Walmart. They had one of those huge bins/cages they put in the middle of the aisle so you will run into them, full of the O2-misters..$4.96. This was towards the front of the store, I have also seen them in the summer stuff with the beach chairs, etc. This is an old Walmart-pre SuperWalmart. Sorry to add to your frustration, but I wanted to let you know they must be at the Superwalmarts...keep looking for that one WM empolyee that has a clue....

You guys got me thinking, so I started digging through some stuff I had bought (can't believe I am going to admit this here, but here goes) for a Dis exchange a long, long time ago..didn't participate...I found 2 LIMEGREEN O2-Cool misters, and a blue one, too..So I don't even have to buy any for us, DS's and myself are taken care of...(DH is far too dignified to carry one of these things...)

Cyn, I'd offer to get one for you and send it to you, but I bet it would cost as much as just buying the better one at WDW...

Hello everyone just a quick little update. Ds is staying with mil. She's a nurse also to give us a night to get some sleep. It's been 10 days of heck and little sleep. Going back to doc tomorrow. Hopefully some preliminary results are back. Blood work didn't get started until today instead of on Friday. (stupid lab). Probably going to have more lab done tomorrow and chest xray. If nothing shows up on lab looks like we're headed up to childrens hospital to a specialist. Still has fever most of the time although moved around a bit more today and actually ate something. (this is a significant step in the right direction in my book). Bummer is Doc is headed to grand canyon this week. Talk about bad timing and I really don't like his partner too much. Not sure what we're going to do about that.

Sometimes a new set of eyes can see something others have missed...let's hope your Doc's partner can find something new...Glad he is eating something, poor kid must be starving.

stinkerbell-thanks for OC site & advice, even 14 years ago I had the feeling I was being "fleeced"...still, just to sink my tootsies in the sand is priceless.

cynd - I'm stretching my points & thus far have settled for a mear studio...afraid if I do book a 1 BR, I'll never be satisfied to go back to smaller unit. DH would throttle me if I added on more points. As for your requests, I think you have a great chance of getting most, if not all, of your of them. They're used to room requests, especially @ DVC units. IMO, it's better to call a few days ahead of time & re-confirm what you'd like. Are you using ME, it's rumoured that those guests get assigned rooms first, they do use a "room ready" system @ DVC (1st available room etc.) At least in the studios, many are dismayed with the mess their kiddos make in the HA showers (if you don't need them for wc access). Youngest DS was in a transport chair last Dec. & I was pleased with how barrier free most of WDW is. The buildings near the main pool/check-in tend to be requested. We've never stayed there yet but, the buildings near the back; around golf course look great to me. Their studios are the only ones w/2 "real" beds, all the others have a sofa bed.

OK, so the T-shirt is a little LARGE..This way we get a few year's wear out of it..(he says it looks like a dress)...Hope I can shrink it a little before we leave, or a major growth spurt takes place....

The shoes are mine.. His are actually yellow, like Mickey feet!

Welcome back, sewer! Didja dye any pools lime green while you were there? Any trip report in your future?

Funny you should ask! The Friday before I left, I went to see our investigators to get some of the lime green dye. They had 2 kinds liquid, and powder. The liquid I was not sure about traveling around with in my luggage, so I chose the powder. They told me it will really make the water noticeable. Well anyway, I packed everything (I thought) the night before so I would be ready to go the next day. When we got to WL I found they have the "spring" in the lobby that feeds the pool. I thought this would be just perfect, so I went back to my room to get a packet of the powder only to find in my rush to pack I forgot the dye! This was not really a bad thing though, because I was told that one packet of the powder would keep the pool green for quite a while. What I would really like to do is just have a small stream of green going into the pool just so you could see it going in, but it being diluted after it hit the pool (I do want to complete my stay there). It's going to take a little practice to get the right portion of powder to do that but I have a whole year to practice so...............

Yep, that's my DS6..He pretty much goes along with whatever crazy thing I ask him to do..(like TOT a year ago..that won't happen again for awhile.) This time I didn't even have to pay him...
