Oh no, Aurora has it now what do we do. I offered her one of my Advils, but she would not hear of swallowing a pill. Quickly, we devised an alternate plan. The plan was to find some liquid Advil or Tylenol and see what that does, if she is not better, we would leave. Here is a picture we took right before we devised our plan:
Doesnt she look crazy in that umbrella stroller? Well, it kept her happy, that was all we cared about. We took the boat back and walked in the first store. I asked the clerk if they had any childrens Motrin, he opened a drawer with all the meds. There was not any Motrin, but they did have childrens Tylenol, so I bought it. I gave her a dose and we rested on the park bench for a good 20 minutes or so until she got up on her own and started walking around. I asked if she was feeling better and she said yes. That was the best $7 I even spent on a small bottle of Tylenol. I asked if she wanted to stay or head back and she wanted to stay, so we stayed. Since we were next to Mexico, she wanted to head back that way, so we rode El Rio del Tiempo again. Not worth 2 rides, but what the heck. I afraid to admit this, but yes I did have another margarita. What the heck we are on vacation right? The girls took apicture of me inside Mexico, but I am embarrassed to show it. It is not a very flattering picture at all.
We strolled around Epcot a little and made it to Figment. Personally I dont find this right exciting at all, but I do it for the love of the children. We did take a family photo and decorate it for the family. We e-mailed the grandparents and went on our merry way.
As we were walking on over to Test Track, who is that? Looky there sitting on the bench is none other than Fred from last night at the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. Me being the loud vocal person that I am shouts out to the kids and DH, Hey everyone, it is Fred from last night. Well, Freds wife is in complete laughter, she looks as if she is about pee her pants when she says, I cant believe someone recognized him from last night. She was quite proud of her DH as if she just married a famous movie star or something. We laughed and continued on our course to Test Track. We took a few more photo opportunities:
We rode Test Track with our fast passes from earlier. For some reason we had to split up in two different cars. DH took Lilo and I took Aurora. Both girls love Test Track. Sorry I did not get a red neck photo for you, test Track uses the Photo Pass card and I was too cheap to buy the CD.
Then we headed toward Space Ship Earth. Another exciting ride for the girls, I am glad that they are updating this ride. It is ok, but I like excitement, there is no excitement here. We got off, stopped for a bathroom break and rested on the bench after a small break. As we sat there we thought that we had enough for the day. Once you stop it is nearly impossible to get going again. We called it a day. On the ride home, the girls were hungry. They wanted McDonalds for dinner. DH and I wanted nothing to do with McDonalds so we got something for the girls and decided to get sandwich at Subway later. Since there is a Subway right down the street, we could take the golf cart there. When we got back to the guest suite we rested and ate our dinner. I gave Aurora some more medication, even though she seemed considerably better. I just did not want to take any chances on her having the same thing I had the night before. She was fine though. I washed the girls up and we hit the hay. I gave Lilo back her twin bed and slept with DH that night. DH and I were talking and we agreed that Epcot is really a nice park and we were glad that we went there.
Ill be working on my final day this week and thatll be it. The end is near. Thanks for baring with me.
