I definitely wasn't asking that! It sounds interesting what you do, but I would imagine that with the dessert menu there, you would make most of it in advance as opposed to made to order.

I know I was kidding. A lot of people have asked me if they can have the recipe (even before I started there), and it's like "Uh, that's actually considered a company secret, so... no? Sorry!" But yes, everything is made in advance.

The recipe that I would really like is the chicken parm from Palo on the cruise line. Its online but when it says to garnish it the recipe reads "2 tbl tomato sauce". Well that's the part I want! It's so stinkin delicate and that's hard to do with a tomato sauce!
