Actually, I say HOT because it was miserably hot when we were there last week! But we still managed to have a great time and had some wonderful dining experiences. There was myself, DH, and DD 7.

Pop Century - CS for lunch
I had the meatball sub, DH had the chicken parmesan. The chicken parm is really pretty decent here! The meatball sub was good, but they put a TON of sauce on it, so there was no way to actually pick it up. We had the famous tie-dye cheesecake, and it didn't disappoint, although our mouths were a funky color the rest of the day!! All in all a decent meal, but you know, it's a food court!

Boma - TS for dinner
This was our 3rd meal there and one that we were sooooo looking forward to. It didn't disappoint, although there was a coconut based seafood soup I had last time that wasn't there. It was truly wonderful and I don't remember the last time I had stuffed myself to that point! They had a coconut rice that was simply amazing, it was kind of like eating a dessert. There was a broth-based soup that had seafood chunks and veggies, very flavorful and yummy. There were some additional desserts that I don't recall from last time, including a chocolate cinnamon mousse.

Coral Reef - TS for lunch
A lot of people have had negative experiences here but we wanted to give it a shot anyway since everything's subjective! We checked in a few minutes before our ADR and were seated very promptly. Our waiter was wonderful, responding to and anticipating our needs without stopping by all the time. The food was awesome. DD didn't like hers that much (grilled mahi mahi, she was expecting something more like salmon). I had the mahi mahi that had a rock shrimp sauce on top w/ rice. It was very lovely, great flavor. For dessert I had the chocolate wave (lived up to expectations!!!) and DH had the special F&G festival featured dessert, which was a pineapple upside down cake w/ a strawberry soup "base", white chocolate butterfly wings and an edible flower (pansy) on top. DD had the sundae that came w/ 3 toppings which is always a good hit!

Wolfgang Puck Express - CS for dinner
This place gives you real bang for your buck if you're on the DDP! The actual cost of our food was close to $60 whereas we usually average $35-40 at our resort or parks. I had the margherita pizza which was cooked perfectly. DH had the spaghetti & meatballs, which he didn't particularly enjoy - the sauce was mainly diced tomatoes, not much in the way of actual sauce. Creme brulee for dessert. We would definitely go back to WPE, and BOTH get the pizza!

I'll have more to post later, but my laptop's going to die pretty soon! :)

I have the same feelings and also experience for Wolfgang Puck Express - CS for dinner. The perfection in cooking pizza has impressed me a lot. After eating first, I order for two times again and again.
