That was a stop at Universal for snacks YUM. Via Napoli gave DH and I the yummiest anniversary dessert...now my brain can't remember what it was

YES birthday ice cream is a super good idea, how about ice cream on top of a BW Funnel cake.

Might as well eat that in a tub, I would make such a mess
Oooooh,

You can always tell where the funnel cakes are sold from the massive trails of powdered sugar EVERYWHERE.
Great idea .... dinner at Via Napoli and then dessert at Beaches and Cream! What could be better??? Nothing!!!
It's official!

Just booked Via Napoli for 7:45 that night. It'll be our first time trying it.
I love your updated plan! MissM will have a very special birthday.

Ugh...I got one of those letters today, too! It's been awhile since I shopped there, probably Oct. I don't have a red card. I can only figure out they got my email from an order I placed with them in 2011 or so. Crazy.

I am so not happy faced at them. Target is no longer on my fav list.
Scratched them off mine too, Ginny.

My husband actually said he was going to stop shopping there. Not sure I have that much resolve.

(I realized there was a typo in my comment about Target, should've read "the only time we used a
credit card different from our RedCard.")
Ooh, speaking of Epcot and Beaches and Cream, I was thinking of something we could do after our Epcot day. Maybe visit the Boardwalk or Beach Club for ice cream? Do they do dairy free stuff?
Not sure if any of it's dairy free, but I know they do a couple of fruit pies and cakes. Maybe they do a dairy-free sorbet?

I have to say, Beaches and Cream have really upped their game in the food department. The menu has been changed from the last time we were in there (back in October, maybe). Hubs and I had a
really good burger from them a couple of weeks ago -- not your standard Disney patty stuff either. It was topped with bacon, bleu cheese, barbecue sauce and onion rings. We were both impressed.
Okay, so depending on how you slice it, I either did something stupid or smart...
I just got off an hour-long phone call with Southwest. Decided to blow through all our points for this birthday trip; although we didn't have enough for the full roundtrip so needed to buy additional. With all the fees, extra points, Early Birds and AirTran seat bookings, it came to $300 total for the three of us.
Opinions on AirTran? I know quite a few of you use them...
Also, can I throw in a quick complaint? Has anyone seen the new Magical Express video?

I want my Mickey and Pals back. The new one just has no excitement whatsoever.
