What do we do . It’s the blade part that was bent during shipping
 
If Disney packed & shipped it they will make it right. There would be a receipt with the contact info sent with the item.

I recently had a park purchase to return. The receipt stated I could email or call. What with the long hold-times everyone is experiencing I decided I'd use the email. About 24 hours later I rec'd the email reply instructing me to call the toll free number :rotfl2:

Okay thank you! Yes I know what you mean by the long wait times on the phone. I dread calling them.
