10 people ranging in ages from not quite 2 to 65 all know how we're getting to Disney, where we are staying, where we are eating and most importantly what our FP+ times are. This is it, the final schedule, no more tweaking, no more hem-hawing over who will like what restaurant better, no more fretting if we've allotted enough time to get from A to B, it's now all in the hands of the Disney gods.

WOW! As a very Type A planning-oriented person this makes my heart happy:lovestruc Enjoy your trip to the World!

Did you create the chart you put your plans on or is it available somewhere?

Looks so great! I love how you have everything organized. It's such a good feeling when you have everything all set and ready to go - the hard part now is just waiting to leave!

I love it! My hubby is our super planner as well. . Sorry for the shine in this image....he likes to laminate it as a last step before our trip! image.jpg

Technically they are for a group of 8 because the twins are young enough that they don't need tickets therefore don't get FP+. I stayed up until midnight on my 60 +10 day with a list of everything I wanted and the times I wanted, had no problem getting everything. I think I was completely done in less than 15 minutes. I purposely scheduled Anna and Elsa the last day of our trip to increase the odds of getting the whole group in. I did change our spaceship earth yesterday from a 9am to a 4pm, less than 30 days out, and there were several time slots for me to choose from.

Yay I love fellow excel planners!

This is an example of what mine have ended up like

Plus I'm also obsessive in my food planning/calorie counting so I've got even more tables!

Hope you and your group have an amazing trip! I'm sure all the planning will make it extra special

That is IMPRESSIVE. I have a much less beautiful, less detailed chart that I'm afraid to send to the other adults in our group because they think I'm nuts already!

This is how I do my spreadsheet, too. Having only 1 day’s plan on the worksheet helps me see the time and location better.

Amazing! I love this sooo much! You've done a great job especially given the number in your party and the age range.

We are also have breakfast at Crystal Palace. I've booked this on for our first morningSunday 6th Sep. Disney Boyfriend has been to WDW twice but never had a TS meal at Disney nor a character meal. Thought I'd tick two big boxes before we even get going in our first park! :)

I'll admit that I'm insane when it comes to preplanning. I have half page menus printed out for all the quick service restaurants so we can decide what we're all eating without having a group of ten in line or crowding the menu sign for everyone else. To streamline it even more I made a generic order form that has everyone's name on it with a spot for Entree, dessert, drink and extras. That way no one gets skipped, one person can do the ordering, and they can check stuff off as it comes out and we take it to the table so we're not trying to remember if the hotdog stand gave us 5 dogs or 4 and did Mom get her drink and did someone remember to order for the twins.

That spread sheet is the "main overview" that I will post on the fridge in our villa. I might print one off for the adults as well. Just to cut down on being the only person who knows what we are doing next questions.

Snowwhiteoz- I've been thinking about how I want to layout the daily plan. I was just going to use the MDE app but nothing is as reliable as taking a piece of paper out of your pocket. I really like your column with show length.

I am such a perfectionist/planner that I can really, truly appreciate your itinerary @HollieS. :)

I've been working on our 2016 WDW itinerary over the past month or so since we booked our stay. We were able to purchase our flights yesterday, and our ADR window opens on August 23rd (agggh! we're going to be out of town, but that's not going to stop me from snagging the ADRs I want!). I print 3 copies: one for me, one for dbf, and one extra to keep in our room in case we can't find our own or they get spilled on.

Here's what we've got so far (I blacked out our confirmation #'s):

I tried a little bit of a different color-coding scheme on this year's, so that our flight info is unmistakeable and more recognizable from the rest of our plans. Red = flight info, Green = expo & race info, Aqua = park & hours, Yellow = ADR info, lavendar = Disneybound outfit for the day (so I can pack my suitcase in the proper order). Once I am able to snag our ADRs I'll be able to punch in those times, and once I'm able to schedule our FP+ times, those will be in Blue.

Question: How do you print/carry your itinerary ? One 8.5x11 in. page of paper? Half a page? Portrait or Landscape?

I’m debating on whether or not I want to print it in one 8.5x11 in. page and fold it. The texts would be bigger and easier to read. On the other hand, printing it smaller would be more convenient as I could put it in my pocket, take it out, look at it without having to unfold anything.
