Our itinerary is complete (celebrate with me)!

A WDW itinerary is never "complete" :)

That said, awesome job! My wife used to do this, too. My brother even joked about it, before realizing her time estimations were basically spot-on.

Question: How do you print/carry your itinerary ? One 8.5x11 in. page of paper? Half a page? Portrait or Landscape?

I’m debating on whether or not I want to print it in one 8.5x11 in. page and fold it. The texts would be bigger and easier to read. On the other hand, printing it smaller would be more convenient as I could put it in my pocket, take it out, look at it without having to unfold anything.

Ours is formatted to print on an 8-1/2 x 11. So we'll print that, but then also I make up business-card formatted day-cards. Print those off, have a card you can stick in your wallet so you don't have to carry a sheet around w you.

Love it! And we'll be in HS the same day!

I have a very much simplified spreadsheet that I've been working on, just the basics:

Thank you, that’s a good idea!

And this is my schedule. with the minimum we want to do. I have a copy of it on my phone, plus a separate memo with all the FP times & Dining reservation numbers.
I hadn't planned to make it like this, but inspired by the previous examples I gave it a try, realizing that I overlooked one lunch and I only now realized that my A&E FP overlaps completely with the parade. But if we have a good spot at the beginning of the parade route and the grace period, that shouldn't cause any problems.

Saturday morning well spent! :)

10 people ranging in ages from not quite 2 to 65 all know how we're getting to Disney, where we are staying, where we are eating and most importantly what our FP+ times are. This is it, the final schedule, no more tweaking, no more hem-hawing over who will like what restaurant better, no more fretting if we've allotted enough time to get from A to B, it's now all in the hands of the Disney gods.
Wow! This is beautiful. I'm going to grab another cup of coffee and start my day right: reviewing what promise to be delightful plans. The Disney gods will smile on you, HollieS!

I'll admit that I'm insane when it comes to preplanning. I have half page menus printed out for all the quick service restaurants so we can decide what we're all eating without having a group of ten in line or crowding the menu sign for everyone else. To streamline it even more I made a generic order form that has everyone's name on it with a spot for Entree, dessert, drink and extras. That way no one gets skipped, one person can do the ordering, and they can check stuff off as it comes out and we take it to the table so we're not trying to remember if the hotdog stand gave us 5 dogs or 4 and did Mom get her drink and did someone remember to order for the twins.

That spread sheet is the "main overview" that I will post on the fridge in our villa. I might print one off for the adults as well. Just to cut down on being the only person who knows what we are doing next questions.

Snowwhiteoz- I've been thinking about how I want to layout the daily plan. I was just going to use the MDE app but nothing is as reliable as taking a piece of paper out of your pocket. I really like your column with show length.

I'm very impressed with the thoughtfulness you show to the other guests in QS lines. As someone with a small traveling party, I am both a little envious and afraid of large groups. It sounds like I may have been to Restaurantosaurus same time as you but never even knew it! Thank you for planning a little bit for us all.

23 days to go!!

I've enjoyed touring with you, like a movie in my mind. I have two questions. Do you have a destination in mind for Illuminations, or just wherever you happen to be? And, I didn't cross-reference your plans to park hours; do EMH figure in your planning?

Thanks for sharing. I picked up a few lines to add to my spreadsheet in the future. Happy waiting!
