I'll admit that I'm insane when it comes to preplanning. I have half page menus printed out for all the quick service restaurants so we can decide what we're all eating without having a group of ten in line or crowding the menu sign for everyone else. To streamline it even more I made a generic order form that has everyone's name on it with a spot for Entree, dessert, drink and extras. That way no one gets skipped, one person can do the ordering, and they can check stuff off as it comes out and we take it to the table so we're not trying to remember if the hotdog stand gave us 5 dogs or 4 and did Mom get her drink and did someone remember to order for the twins.
That spread sheet is the "main overview" that I will post on the fridge in our villa. I might print one off for the adults as well. Just to cut down on being the only person who knows what we are doing next questions.
Snowwhiteoz- I've been thinking about how I want to layout the daily plan. I was just going to use the
MDE app but nothing is as reliable as taking a piece of paper out of your pocket. I really like your column with show length.
